Founded by Carlton Pridgen, MA, LPC, NCC, the practice blends research-backed techniques with genuine empathy and strict confidentiality so every client feels heard, protected, and empowered.

With six years of clinical experience, I believe effective therapy begins with trust. When you feel safe to dive deep into your story, we can chart a course that helps you rise stronger with every session. My person-centered style is compassionate yet goal-oriented, tailoring each plan to your unique needs.

Carlton Pridgen, MA, LPC, NCC, has accumulated extensive experience in the field of counseling and mental health. A passion drives his journey to help individuals and couples overcome their challenges and achieve emotional well-being. His approach is rooted in empathy, understanding, and a deep commitment to his client's growth and healing.

Qualifications

Licensed Professional Counselor

Carlton is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and a member of the National Board for Certified Counselors (NBCC).

Education

Carlton pursued undergraduate studies in Music Education at the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor, which he now thoughtfully integrates into his counseling practice. He earned a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Texas at Tyler, gaining in-depth knowledge and skills in the field. In addition, Carlton holds a Master’s degree in Religious Education from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary, which he is able to incorporate into his counseling work when desired by clients.
